The 1000 Calorie Diet Plan For Weight Loss

There are so many different diets out there. Sometimes it is hard to know what could be a right choice for our body and what will not work. There are many diets that become trendy and we all hear about them for few months, but soon get swept under the carpet by the next big thing. One of the diets that you have surely heard about is a 1000 calorie diet plan.

The 1000 Calorie Diet Plan For Weight Loss

According to Weight Loss Resources, a 1000 calorie diet plan is a good idea if you want to lose weight really fast, but it is definitely not recommended to maintain such a strict regime for a longer period of time. If you starve your body for a long period of time it will simply start holding on to the little nutrients that you do provide to it and all your efforts to lose that fat will go to. Also, you have to take into consideration that by limiting your calorie intake you also limit the number of nutrients that go into your body, so in a long run going on such a crash diet is not a healthy option.

If you are still interested in the 1000 calorie diet plan, as a week-long experiment to start your long term healthy diet plan, have a look at a plan that can help you with your quick diet.

Important: ChefXChange does not provide a diet plan service, so before you start such a harsh experiment remember to consult a doctor or a dietitian, to see whether this is an appropriate regime for your body!

1000 Calorie Diet Results

Trying the 1000 calories diet plan may give you quick results but be weary of the yo-yo effect. The key to losing weight long term is a change in a diet but a balance change that prioritizes healthy food. No diet out there will give you results as good as an actually healthy change. It doesn’t have to be nearly as drastic as this diet. Start with cutting out the most unhealthy things from your diet one by one and start replacing them with healthier meals. What may help you a lot, in the beginning, is cutting out sugary drinks and junk food. You can exchange soft drinks with freshly squeezed juices and you favorite guilty pleasures with healthy versions.
