Why come to the Pop-up Private Dinner?

Why go to a restaurant, when you can sit at the Chef’s table? And what better chef than a Michelin Starred Chef?

During dinner, you will get to see the chef in action as he creates his signature dishes. You will discover the culinary creative process that takes place behind-the-scenes in restaurants. ChefXChange’s aim is to bridge the gap between Chefs and Foodies. That’s why our pop-up dinners are an interactive experience, where you get to personally interact with the chef, ask questions, learn techniques and go on an epicurean journey.

Chef Greg is also available for corporate and in-house private dinners from Friday 22nd July to Wednesday 27th July 2016 (Saturday 23rd July excluded).

Call ChefXChange on 01-324360 or send an email to to inquire about the chef’s availabilities for private events.

Chef Greg’s Story

Malouf, who is renowned for his innovative, modern take on traditional Middle Eastern dishes grew up in Melbourne where he went to culinary school – the William Angliss Institute in Melbourne.

Malouf was the head chef at the award-winning restaurant MoMo in Melbourne for 11 years before leaving in 2012 to take over the famous Petersham Nurseries in the United Kingdom.

He helped the restaurant retain its Michelin star – which was awarded a year earlier – based on his Middle Eastern menu. He’s also written seven cookbooks and produces his own line of spices.
