Easter Brunch Menu Ideas: 5 Eggcellent Menus To Make Your Easter Beautiful

Whether you are religious or not Easter is a celebration of color, spring, and tastes. In my family, there are strict rules for what we eat on Easter. All of the dishes are very traditional, but let me tell you that it is a true treat to eat those delicacies once a year. Regardless of traditions, on an Easter table, there cannot be any discussion about what food is the king: eggs are the absolute winner. They are such a chameleon ingredient and can be eaten in so many forms that there is an egg dish out there for everyone. They can be a little piece of art too! Every year we hard-boil all the eggs and color them. As a child, I tried to show off my nonexistent artistic skills and painted different patterns on the eggs but now I leave that to more skilled friends and family and enjoy those pieces of art on a display!

Go green this Easter

Egg bake

  • Eggs baked with zucchini

  • Blueberry pie

Our first Easter brunch menu idea is a healthy option for fans of everything green. Bake your eggs with some zucchini and spinach. It is a delicious way to go about your eggs but still very healthy. If you want to play with colors add a little bit of purple by having a delicious blueberry pie

Cheesy

egg muffin

  • Bacon, egg and cheese muffins

  • Cheesecake with raspberries

Who does not love bacon and melted cheese? I know I’d have them every day if it wasn’t so bad for clogging my arteries with fat. Nevertheless, the holiday is a season to spoil yourself and perhaps a little bit of bacon and cheese is just what the doctor ordered to relax and feel in the festive mood. A slice of cheesecake with raspberries will melt in your mouth when you relax in the lovely April sunshine.

Avocado classic

poached egg

  • Poached eggs with avocado

  • Cinnamon rolls

I can never get enough of an avocado on toast with a poached egg. It is a classic that never goes out of fashion. Another bonus for this dish is that avocado is full of healthy fats.  If you want fresh and crispy cinnamon rolls you can also make them yourself! It will be great fun to bake them with your friends or family and make a fun group activity out of baking. Have a look at this great Cinamon Rolls Recipe!

Polish scrambled eggs

scrambled eggs

  • Scrambled eggs with chives, tomatoes, and bacon

  • Strawberry and rhubarb muffins

Polish style scrambled eggs is another great Easter brunch menu ideas. Pieces of bacon will make the eggs more flavoursome and chives and tomatoes will add a bit of freshness and lightness to the dish. As a desert try some strawberry and rhubarb muffins.

Spicy omelette

omelet

  • Omelet with mushrooms and chilli

  • Banana bread

We finish our Easter brunch menu ideas with a treat for those of you who love everything spicy. An omelette inspired with oriental tastes. Try adding some enoki or shiitake mushrooms for more of an effect. Follow with a beautiful banana bread with some walnuts and cinnamon.
