Crème brûlée at JunkYard Beirut!

All the way from the finest pâtisseries (pastry shops) in Paris, it’s Chef Mickael! He will be at JunkYard Beirut on Thursday, June 16th and Friday, June 17th at our regular food station. Chef Mickael will be creating three different flavors of crème brûlée, live!

Chef Mickael specializes in both traditional French pastry and more modern techniques. He is also a chocolatier and a professional ice cream maker. Raspberries and passion fruits are some of his favorite ingredients, and of course, chocolate! Pastry making is in his genes. In fact, Chef Mickael got into the business to follow the family tradition; both his father and grandfather were pastry chefs.
