Delicious Chicken Recipes For Hasty People

Have you ever been in such a hurry, that you haven’t had time to cook and you didn’t want to eat fast food or junk? Well starve no more. Through the experience I gained studying abroad and my dedication to refusing boxed pasta as a form of human food, I have some suggestions for you. I started experimenting and with the help of my mother on Skype, I mastered some chicken recipes that are good, easy, and fast to cook.

Ingredients
  1. 1 kg (2.2 lbs) chicken breasts
  2. Flour (2 cups)
  3. Eggs (2 eggs)
  4. Bread crumbs (2 cups)
Instructions
  1. Cut the chicken to a thin 1/4 inch slices. Beat the eggs, then put them in a bowl, along side of 2 flat plates, one filled with flour and the other with bread crumbs.
  2. Now the easy part, dip the chicken in the flour, then in the eggs, then coat thoroughly with bread crumbs while applying pressure.
  3. You can cook them 2 ways, one is to deep fry them like fries, and the other is to cook them in a pan, flipping them every 3-5 minutes over medium heat on both sides. Cook what you want and freeze the rest to use when needed.

    Ingredients
    1. 1 kg (2.2 lbs) chicken breasts
    2. Tomato paste (enough to coat the chicken)
    3. Garlic (lots of it)
    4. Yogurt (1 tablespoon)
    Instructions
    1. Cut the chicken into chunks, place them in a bowl, grind the garlic, pour in the tomato paste, garlic, and yogurt. Mix them all together (if time isn't an issue, marinate them for 2 hours).
    2. Then in a pan, add the chicken, cover it, and over medium heat cook them until the underside is cooked. Once done with the underside flip them and do the same on the opposite side.
    Notes
    1. Tip: Garlic sauce goes hand in hand with tawouk, plus some pickles.

Ingredients
  1. 1 kg (2.2 lbs) chicken breasts
  2. Lemon (Lots of it)
  3. Garlic (Lots of it)
  4. Olive oil (half a cup)
  5. Oregano (Sprinkle on one side of the breast)
  6. Black Pepper (2 heaping tablespoons)
  7. White Pepper (2 tablespoons)
  8. Paprika (1 tablespoon)
Instructions
  1. Squeeze the lemon, grind the garlic, then add everything together in a plastic bag (shake well), leave for 2 hours.
  2. You can grill the chicken or cook them in a pan, over medium heat (remember to flip).
