Eat Like an Olympian

With the Olympics opening ceremony on Saturday and our summer bodies not yet up to scratch, we wanted to know how we could eat like an Olympian. We took a look at what our favourite Olympic athletes eat to give us some tips for training and were actually quite surprised to see that we weren’t going that wrong!  From Usain Bolt to Michael Phelps to Jessica Ennis, see what they eat below:

Usain Bolt

He doesn’t need an introduction!  Eating a mix of Italian food, bread, pizza and some beef.


Serena Williams
