ESA celebrates its 20th Anniversary with ChefXChange!

Yesterday, the prestigious Business School, École Superieure des Affaires, celebrated its 20th anniversary among its distinguished alumni, current student and staff. ChefXChange had the honour of making this event a memorable one.

The event took place in the school’s main garden. It was beautifully decorated with elegant flowers and balloons with a dance floor as the centrepiece. The guests started arriving at 8pm as they were greeted at the door by ESA staff; the event reached it’s full capacity with over 450 guests! Upon entry, guests had the opportunity to partake in a draw, the lucky winner getting a USD200 credit to use for a Culinary Experience through ChefXChange (winner to be announced at the end of this post…)

Everyone was glad to see their fellow students and alumni, catch up with their professors, and enjoy the delicious cocktails by the bar, courtesy of Liquid Engineers. As the dance floor started filling up and the party started getting bigger, Stéphane Attali, Dean of ESA, took a moment to speak about the 20 years of innovation at ESA and the next 20 years to come.

Next, the food was served! ChefXChange took the stage, and our chefs lived up to the challenge as all portions got sold out! We had four of our most talented Chefs cooking up a storm for the guests. Each with their own themed station, the chefs proposed four different cuisines from around the world.

Chef Dima set up her own little Italy and served Caesar Salads and Crostinis (Don Corleone would have approved…)

Chef Karim, our local samurai, took us to an Asian flavour trip with his Asian Nicoise Salad and Chinese noodles

After some delicious food, everyone put on their dancing shoes and enjoyed their night!
