2013 Masterchef Winner Steven (who is one of our London based Private Chefs, see his profile here) and other award wining Chefs are being filmed tomorrow (15/8/15) at Billingsgate Market, where they will be presenting easy to cook recipes for fish in the ‘Magnificent Seven’ -crab, megrim, coley, mackerel, hake, gurnard and plaice.  They are doing this to help take pressure off the ‘big five’:

According to the West Sussex County Times,

The ‘big five’ – salmon, cod, haddock, tuna and prawns – which according to the latest data from Seafish now command over 70 per cent of all UK seafood sales.
