Healthy on Valentine’s? Beetroots is the way to go!

Even though Valentine’s Day was last Sunday, in order to keep impressing him/her you should have a Valentine’s Week celebration, and what a better way to celebrate it other than eating amazing food!

People who have special diets sometimes feel alienated around Valentine’s Day, since it is all about sweets and sugar! However, a friend of mine did this raw beetroots salad for me one day, and I absolutely fell in love with it! It’s super healthy, full of nutrients (since all the ingredients are raw), has a natural sweet taste, and it’s red! Last week, we posted this raw beetroots salad in a shape of a heart! We promised to share the love with all our vegan, vegetarian, healthy, sugar-free followers. So here it is!
