  1. First, prepare the tomato pesto. To do that place garlic, tomatoes, smoked paprika, basil, pine nuts, parmesan and salt and pepper in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Grill the halloumi and the asparagus on a grilling pan over high heat until crispy on the outside.
  3. Cook your favorite pasta and mix in the pesto. Serve on the plate and decorate with a portion of asparagus and halloumi.
