Instructions
  1. In a small bowl, mix the dressing ingredients together
  2. Use half of the dressing to marinate the Tuna in a shallow dish, and place in the fridge for 1-2 hours
  3. On a heated pan, cook the tuna steaks for 2-3 minutes on each side. Cook for more if you like your fish well cooked.
  4. Assemble the salad ingredients in a plate, add the tuna on top then drizzle, then finish by adding the halved eggs, and drizzle the rest of the dressing.
