Instructions
  1. Cook the noodles in a pan of boiling water for 2-3 minutes until al dente. Drain, then rinse under cold running water and drain again. Drizzle with a dash of sesame oil and toss through to prevent the noodles from sticking to each other.

  2. Season the chicken strips in a bowl with a dash of dark soy sauce, five-spice powder and chilli sauce

  3. Now, in a pan, add seasoned chicken and fry until light brown and cooked through.

  4. Now add the chopped onions and stir fry with cooked chicken for 1 minutes.

  5. Follow this by adding the red pepper, green capsicum, bean sprouts, carrots, cabbage, sugar and Chinese salt and stir fry for another 2 minutes

  6. Stir in the cooked noodles and season with the light soy sauce, a dash of sesame oil and freshly ground black pepper

  7. Use green onion for garnishing then serve on a plate
