Famous Spanish Paella Valenciana Recipe

Today’s Famous Spanish Paella Valenciana Recipe is a very traditional one. Paella is known worldwide as a Spanish rice dish.

The origins of the dish go back to the 19th century around the East Coast of Spain. In Spain it is considered a regional dish from Valencia. With so many recipes and restaurants serving it around the globe, paella has many variations.

Some of the purists do not consider all these variations as real paella. Our paella bellow is an authentic regional recipe.
