Instructions
  1. Fry the garlic, shallots and branches of thyme on butter with oil. Add mushrooms and fry until golden. Pour in the wine and simmer for few minutes and add stock and lentils.
  2. Boil until lentils are almost cooked. Add kale and cream and bring to boil.
  3. Take off of the heat and add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with toasted sourdough.
