Start by mixing the flour and the semolina well

Add to a food processor

Add all other ingredients

Pulse until it forms a well mixed dough

Remove from the food processor

Make a ball shape with the dough

Cling film and refrigerate for at least 2 hours

Now it is ready to be used

Using a pasta machine you can shape in several forms

You can make sheets that can be used for lasagna, ravioli, canelloni

You can also make tagliatelle, fettuccini, pappardelle
