Italian Style Baked Chicken Breast
A great way to combine your favorite Italian flavors in a healthy meal.

Heat up your oven to 180 C degrees; cut the breasts in halves to make them thinner; Season the meat with salt and pepper and olive oil – bake for 10 minutes
Put pesto on top of the chicken, place thinly sliced tomato – season with salt and pepper – place in the oven for another 10 minutes
Take the chicken out of the oven put the mozzarella on top and bake for another 5 minutes. Decorate with basil. Serve with grilled veggies
