Instructions
  1. Coat the baking pan with melted butter, then sprinkle 2 tablespoons of bread crumbs.
  2. Boil the pealed potatoes, then set aside for them to cool before peeling.
  3. Mash the peeled potatoes, then add 1/2 a teaspoons of black pepper, and 1.5 teaspoons of salt.
  4. In another pan, add the oil, then fry the onions on medium heat for 2 minutes before adding the minced meat and stir frying it for 5 minutes until golden.
  5. Add the rest of the black pepper, and the mixed spices to the mix and set aside
  6. Layer half of the mashed potatoes in the buttered pan, then top that with a layer of the minced meat mix. After that, top with the 2nd half of the mashed potato mix.
  7. Sprinkle the rest of the breadcrumbs on top.
  8. Preheat the oven to 180 C- 190 C, and bake the Kibbe for 20-25 minutes.
