Ingredients

  1. Cover the lentils with water, and boil over medium heat in a large pot.

  2. In a pan, stir fry the onions in olive oil until golden.

  3. When lentils start boiling, add the chopped Swiss chard, potatoes, lemon juice, fried onions, and garlic.

  4. Bring to boil until lentils and potatoes are soft. At all times, keep the mixture covered with water.

  5. Add seasoning and some lemon juice to taste.

  6. Add the coriander ans stir in before turning off the heat.

  7. Serve with croutons on top or crunchy pita bread on the side and ENJOY!
