I think this is mozzarella shrimp pasta can be a nice alternative to the famous marinara. Replace the tomato base with melted cheese – delicious. For those of you who are not cheese fans – replace half of the cheese with cherry tomatoes. The tomatoes will make the pasta lighter and will go well with the spices and mozzarella.

Instructions
  1. Heat up the oil in the pan.

  2. Chop garlic and fry on the low heat, sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes on garlic and mix together.
  3. Clean the prawns from the shells and leave the tails on. Fry the prawns with garlic and spices. Add previously boiled pasta and mozzarella.
  4. Add salt and pepper to flavor and cook on low heat mixing until the mozzarella has melted and covered the pasta evenly. Take the past off the heat and mix in the chopped parsley.

Options:

If you like cherry tomatoes, add few halved cherry tomatoes when you start frying pawns. It will bring extra freshness to the dish.

Serve with fresh parsley.
