  1. Preparation is the key to a good event. Plan and prepare the menu in such a way that it allows you to be social during the night: you don’t want to be spending all your time in the kitchen! Hiring a Private Chef to cater your event may be a good option to do this. 
  2. The ambience can be changed completely by creating a playlist and playing music that matches the theme of the night. 
  3. Always leave room for unexpected extras. It can get quite embarrassing if you run out of food for a ‘surprise extra guest’ or even a very hungry guest! Always make 15% more than what you anticipate will be required
