How did you start your journey?
I founded my brand on experiences and flavors of living abroad. From France, Jordan, Sri Lanka and Mexico to finally landing in Gods own - Yorkshire. My style is relaxed, I love using fresh quality ingredients, I use no processed foods. Amazing salsas and sauces. Instinctive cooking.
Where is your cuisine inspired from?
I have always been a foodie and I learnt to cook on my travels through Europe, Sri Lanka, Jordan and Mexico. I ran a small catering service for groups in a small hotel and then ran a small home based pick up service for indian food in Mexico and had experience working at the Little Mexican Cooking School in Puerto Morelos.
