How did you start your journey?
I am very much inspired by quality produce, I try and let every ingredient speak for it self through simplicity
Where is your cuisine inspired from?
Since childhood I have always been interested in food and cooking, but due to a severe intolerance to cheese I chose a career in engineering instead of cooking. Since moving to London in 98 however I began to cook until taking part in Masterchef 2012, I have since then had the pleasure to do work experience in many restaurant kitchens including a few that hold 1 and 2 michelin stars.
