How did you start your journey?
Food is a journey to undiscovered destinations,and that is the experience i want to provide to you.Born and Raised in a Greek island and After spent several years working in many places across the world i found myself creating a unique way of mixing the Traditional Greek- Mediterranean cooking style with many different cuisines and food cultures such as the Peruvian,Mexican and Japanese.
Where is your cuisine inspired from?
It started when i was 8, watching and helping my grandma cook for family dinners. I was fascinated about the simplicity of the work and the result of the great taste she was providing.I became obsessed by that.By the aged of 16 my heart knew what to follow. I went to cooking school,spend 3 years while working my way up in restaurants.After all these years of experience i've gained working in high standard gourmet restaurants in Monte Carlo,Mykonos,Thessaloniki and Crete helped me upgrade the greek and mediterranean styles of cooking.
