Fresh made from scratch signature ingredients to entice your palate and satisfy tastebuds . My passion is cooking and I would love to share that passion with you .
Where is your cuisine inspired from?
Growing up in the island of Trinidad and Tobago food was as vibrant , colorful , flavorful and comforting as the island itself . Food to me is the essence of any gathering and coming from a large family my mother taught me the importance of this . After studying Culinary Arts management I took up traveling to pursue more culinary knowledge as food is so versatile . So now I bring my globe trotting foodie experience to you .
