How did you start your journey?
I am a creative chef who works best under pressure; I am enthusiastic, motivated and reliable. I am passionate about pastry, cooking and self-motivated. I enjoy working in a busy environment with like minded people especially ones that I can learn from and improve my skills. I am good at training and nurturing new staff members to ensure they achieve the necessary standards. I am a very good team player and can also work out of my own initiative. I am friendly and have experience providing excellent customer service.
Where is your cuisine inspired from?
I studied in a pastry school in Hungary for 3 years. After my degree I worked in some high quality restaurants in UK and Dubai. Currently I'm teaching in a Pastry and Bakery School.
