How did you start your journey?
Cooking is a passion that started two years ago. I started enjoying cooking and thus began working with our local type of recipes where i went to many expert who had a great experience about it and learned from them. Four months later, i decided to take a step forward and join a culinary school.
Where is your cuisine inspired from?
I started cooking and going in the kitchen right after university. I became more and more interested in the kitchen, so I started asking my mother, grandma and aunties about traditional Kuwaiti recipes. I was spending more time in the kitchen, then four months later I decided to join a culinary school in Dubai.
