Inspired by Peruvian, Latin, and Asian flavors. We take Peruvian ingredients and integrate this in European and Asian dishes and vice versa. Love to surprise and inspire. Able and Open to modify the menus to pleased the most exigent palates.

How did the Chef learn how to cook and what is his story?
Chef Roberto and Chef Carlo have been cooking since very early age. True artistS when it comes to food and has perfected their craft in Peru, Argentina, Chile, Mexico and US. Chef Roberto moved to the UAE in 2011 to open Toro Toro at the Grosvenor House. He has since also held the position of Executive Chef at The Act Dubai where he has won awards such as “Best Experiential Dining Venue” and “Best Latin American Restaurant in Dubai” by the BBC Good Food Middle East, where he also got nominated as Chef of the year in 2013, being finalist among the 3 top chef of the region. In 2014, he had traveled to London, New York, Paris, and Lima, to do training with renowned chefs specializing in Peruvian modern food and French cuisine. He has also during these years organized culinary events and consultancy contracts in India, Kuwait, Turkey and Egypt. In the beginning of 2015 Roberto joined “3 Hospitality” as Co- Founder of Craft Cafe and Waka Peruvian restaurant, taking care of all the culinary development. Chef Carlo worked most of his time in Lima-Peru, but also in Spain, Italy, Panama, Colombia, and Chile, with renowned chefs like Quique Dacosta. Joined the team of 3 Hospitality as Head Chef of Waka restaurant.
