How did you start your journey?

I provide a unique taste, combining flavours from the French and Caribbean cultures. My aim is to provide my customers with crêpes as a healthy alternative to traditional fast food. My freshly baked sweet or savoury crêpes are made from buckwheat flour with fresh, natural ingredients.

Where is your cuisine inspired from?

Carole Simb arrived in London in the late nineties. Since then, she has worked for Eurostar, British Airways and Foodshow catering company, where she learned the best catering techniques and acquired her excellent customer service skills, putting a smile on every customer's face. In 2013, Carole trained at the prestigious and internationally renowned Crêperie "Au soleil Breton Kervengard" in Brittany, where she was awarded a certificate of excellence in crêpe making.
