How did you start your journey?
My cooking style goes from International cuisine to Fusion cuisine, passing by Lebanese cuisine and other cuisine I like.
Where is your cuisine inspired from?
When I was 14 years old , I met a french chef called Patrice Frusslons. I worked with him for 5 years in a very famous restaurant in Lebanon "Circus", and from there I began my career.
