How did you start your journey?

Cooking for me is love, passion, expression and a way of life. I come from a country that has everything from local herbs, meat, fish, vegetables, wine, rice, etc. inspiring me to cook from traditional simple foods with the pure taste of the natural products of the earth to the fusion of modern style with new techniques, combining them all with harmony and balance of flavours

Where is your cuisine inspired from?

I was almost 9 years old , I wanted to please my parents who worked hard for us & when they got back home from work they saw me in the kitchen cooking a whole meal for them . That was enough for me when I saw them surprised about my cooking. I used to stand next to my mom watching her cook and express all the culinary art that she got, I then knew that I want to be a Chef and please people around me with my cooking. I decided to go to a Culinary Art school to become a Chef .
