My cooking has taken me around the world cooking for the rich and famous in some of the world's most beautiful locations. I now operate a successful private chef service in France's stunning Alpine ski regions.

How did the Chef learn how to cook and what is his story?
I had the great fortune in working in New Zealand's finest restaurants before uprooting and relocating to the stunning French Alps where I have honed my skills to create my own style. I specialise in fine dining cuisine, working with fine ingredients and modern techniques to bring you an incredible dining experience. I am versed in fine wines of the world and am comfortable matching wines to your menu. My cooking has taken me around the world cooking for clients in their private residences.
