How did you start your journey?
Coming from New Zealand's finest restaurants, my cuisine steals a little from the world over to bring you a truly individual dining experience. My cooking has taken me around the world cooking for the rich and famous in some of the world's most beautiful locations. I now operate a successful private chef service in France's stunning Alpine ski regions.
Where is your cuisine inspired from?
I had the great fortune in working in New Zealand's finest restaurants before uprooting and relocating to the stunning French Alps where I have honed my skills to create my own style. I specialise in fine dining cuisine, working with fine ingredients and modern techniques to bring you an incredible dining experience. I am versed in fine wines of the world and am comfortable matching wines to your menu. My cooking has taken me around the world cooking for clients in their private residences.

Moderate - Full refund up to 1 week before the event, 50% refund up to 2 days prior to event, except Foodie Service fees
