Along my career I have been cooking in Colombia, Argentina & UAE taking all the experience from awarded restaurants and 5 star hotels. Cooking from Latin American to Pan Asian and Mediterranean, always using the best quality and fresh ingredients from the country of origin.

How did the Chef learn how to cook and what is his story?
I started to cook since I was a child with my mom and my grandmother. Professionally I have worked in Astrid & Gaston, on the list of the World 50 Best Restaurants by San Pellegrino, 5 stars hotels in Buenos Aires and Dubai. Faena Hotel were most of celebrities such as Justin Bieber and Lady Gaga stayed and part of the preopening team of Conrad Hotel on Sheik Sayed road along with 6 restaurants. Moved to Solutions Leisure (Asia Asia and Q43) cooking Pan Asian Cuisine and New American. My last two years in Dubai I have been working at Alto Mar Restaurant in the Fishing Harbour cooking Mediterranean and Portuguese food always using the fresh catch from the Harbour itself.
