Where is your cuisine inspired from?
Since I was 13 I start to feel a big passion for food. After my diploma in hotel and culinary school i started to travel and work all over Italy. From Sicily to Tuscany, Milan, Naples. For a short time I worked in Austria as well. Is now 5 years that I live in London and I love this city because I found products from all over the world. Amazing!
