I was first influenced by the traditional Syrian cuisine as a child in my mother's kitchen. At that time cooking was my only passion. Growing up in a country full of heritage & flavors; I decided to continue my culinary journey to bring my cooking skills & passion to a higher level of techniques & art. After graduating in cooking, food service & restaurant management from Montreal, Canada, I began my path in the culinary & restaurants business.

How did the Chef learn how to cook and what is his story?

As a child, I was influenced by my mom & grandma's kitchen. Then when I grew up, I moved to Canada to finish my studies in culinary, food service & restaurant management. However, traveling was one of the main reasons of my culinary and food culture knowledge improvement. Nevertheless, passion has always been my source of creativity and key to success.

    We really enjoyed our dinner and enjoyed the involvement of chef Dima which made it a wonderful evening. She's very friendly . Despite shortage of kitchen supplies , she was able to prepare the dishes in a beautiful presentation. I would also like to thank Carl and Ghida for organizing our dinner in short notice and arranging a tasty menu including variety of appetizers . Thank you again Chef Dima and hopefully will see you in future events .

    That was our first experience with authentic Syrian cuisine, EVER! It's surly nothing like Lebanese food, we loved all of Chef Dima's dishes. Moreover, she's a great person to have around, very professional.
