Chef ET, is a composed, pleasant and hardworking creative who has a passion for great food. Inspired by his ardor for the culinary industry, Chef ET left his family and friends in Augusta, Georgia and rode a bus to Washington, DC to pursue his dreams. The Chef was inspired to create Blaze', a catering company that specializes in unique underground fine dining experiences. His greatest pleasure emanates from seeing the delighted faces of patrons enjoying his dishes. He is inspired by only the freshest ingredients and locally grown produce to creatively present Farm-to-Table cuisine. Classically trained in French Fine Dining and Southern Soul Food, the Chef also specializes in Italian, Mediterranean and Mexican flavor profiles. Equipped with professional culinary skills acquired in eight years, his diners experience a passion for food, an engagement of their senses, and a flair for innovation that will trick their taste buds into dancing. Chef ET loves the freedom of expression that the kitchen provides and aggressively directs his efforts towards to building a decorated career in the culinary world. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ All new clients receive a questionnaire about their event, describing all details of the menu and entire catering experience. In regards to menu, clients are asked questions similar to "What style of cuisine?" "Do you like spicy foods?" "What are your dietary restrictions?" Clients will need to detail the event's total number of expected attendees and the type of catering they prefer: drop off or hosted. Additionally, we offer customized events through our Blazé event coordinator; dedicated to orchestrating your signature Blazé experience.

How did the Chef learn how to cook and what is his story?

As an adolescent, I split my time in half between two things: food and basketball. College pushed me to choose; I chose food. Blazé Kitchen injects a new perspective of the catering and private dining. I have devoted eight years of culinary experience and intellect to develop creative and superior quality products and services. Additionally, having studied under only the toughest Chefs, I adherere to the strictest level of quality and service. Patrons should expect consistent and magnificently crafted food that will tempt you into a third and fourth visit. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Being a Chef has awarded me a freedom of expression that has visioned into a decorated career in the culinary world. I specialize in a unique pop-up dining experience. Building kitchens and designing events in distinctive locations ranging from warehouses, vineyards, and rooftops.     Chef Eddie was a great booking. The Blaze kitchen is a professional, top notch operation and they went above and beyond with my event. I would definitely recommend them.

    Chef Eddie is highly creative and extremely outgoing. The food he prepared for our cocktail party was phenomenal. Everything looked beautiful and tasted fantastic. Many of the items he served were also very unique, like chorizo and shrimp wrapped in a crispy wonton. He came highly prepared with serving dishes, platters, and all other necessary service items.
