Stated as a sommelier 10 years ago I have developed my knowledge traveling in different countries such as Italy, France, Spain, Portugal and so many more. i have worked in different high end restaurant in 3 countries and studied at the Italian as well as the WSET and the Court of Master Sommeliers. i have decided to bring my knowledge and my passion in to my customers with the intention of providing and unforgettable dining experience starting from the service all the way until discovering and matching the flavors.

How did the Chef learn how to cook and what is his story?
I always wanted to become a sommelier, during summer with my brother we were sent by our parents in the country sides with the grandparents, as Italian tradition, in September you learn how to press the grapes with your feet. I still have that heavenly small in my nose every time I open a bottle.
