How did you start your journey?
Margo's cooking inspired me. Margo was my mother, I learnt the very authentic and the very traditional from her. She used to cook with love, that's what I do.
Where is your cuisine inspired from?
It all started while watching my mother prepare her extravaganza dishes for a family of six men. I began with her recipes and directions years back, practicing until I almost reached her perfection, and along the years slowly and passionately cooked the very traditional, old fashioned, sometimes street food of every cuisine possible. La Nouvelle Cuisine is good, but I personally prefer the real thing. Needless to say that I dropped 35 long years of a successful career in the finance industry for the love of cooking.
