How did the Chef learn how to cook and what is his story?
It all started while watching my mother preparing her extravaganza dishes for a family of six men. I began with her recipes and directions years back, practicing until I almost reached her perfection, and along the years slowly and passionately cooked the very traditional, old fashioned, sometimes street food of every cuisine possible. La Nouvelle Cuisine is good, but I personally prefer the real thing. Needless to say that I dropped 35 years long years of a successful career in the finance industry for the love of cooking.
