How did you start your journey?
I am inspired by Italian, French, Argentinian, Lebanese and Mexican cuisines.
Where is your cuisine inspired from?
I studied hotel management where I learned the basics of being a chef. Then, I joined several renowned restaurants specializing in European and Latin cuisine. As my career developed, I learned several cuisines which I am happy to provide in consultancy, cooking classes, or seated dinner parties.
