Summary of where the Chef’s cuisine is inspired from and how he/she goes about expressing it
I come from the south of Italy, Sicily, so my background is Mediterranean cuisine, which is well known for its healthy dishes. I travel a lot around the world, learning about food cultures and using new techniques and ingredients to give to my guests always that "wow" sensation after every dish.

How did the Chef learn how to cook and what is his story?
During university, I started to cook for my flatmates, but my mom taught me how to add that secret ingredient and touch to all my dishes. I started to study (a lot!) and doing apprenticeship (a lot!) in high end restaurants, for the simple reason that you need knowledge and practice to be a good chef.
