The chef Fabrizio was born and raised in a Tuscany farm; Italian region of ancient traditions, quintessence of culinary taste. where traditional flavors blend with the striking quality of its wine. My first food gurus my mom and my granny. The knowledge has been passed down through generations, from the use of purely seasonal and organic high quality ingredients of his own farm production or local trusted producers.
