Summary of where the Chef’s cuisine is inspired from and how he/she goes about expressing it
As I perfected my skills at the Alain Ducasse training academy, and being Lebanese, my cuisine privileges noble products found on the Mediterranean shores. My aim is to sublime them, giving my dishes a personalized interpretation, softly challenging the initial definition of the cooked recipe.

How did the Chef learn how to cook and what is his story?
My mother taught me her exceptional grape leaves recipes when I was 15. I was so thrilled to realize I could cook such an elaborate dish back then, which gave me this extra curiosity notch to try more and more recipes. The cooking "virus" was in me! As years passed, I kept on perfecting my skills by dedicating myself to that field and constantly recycling my knowledge with culinary trips and seminars.
