As I perfected my skills at the Alain Ducasse training academy, and being Lebanese, my cuisine privileges noble products found on the Mediterranean shores. My aim is to sublime them, giving my dishes a personalized interpretation, softly challenging the initial definition of the cooked recipe.

How did the Chef learn how to cook and what is his story?

My mother taught me her exceptional grape leaves recipes when I was 15. I was so thrilled to realize I could cook such an elaborate dish back then, which gave me this extra curiosity notch to try more and more recipes. The cooking "virus" was in me! As years passed, I kept on perfecting my skills by dedicating myself to that field and constantly recycling my knowledge with culinary trips and seminars.

    Organizing the dinner with Chef Farid was super easy. We discussed the menu and adapted it to the crowd (allergies and stuff). The food was truly delicious. We also had a good time and good discussions with Chef Farid. Highly recommended!

    Amazing experience with Chef Farird. Everybody enjoyed the ambiance and the mexican food was the best I have ever tasted ! I would definitely hire Chef Farid again especially since the interaction with the guests was fun , and it added life to the party . The station was super cool , chef farid even brought cactus plant and hats to decorate !

    Mardi j’envoie my request et me voilà 4 jours après avec un chef super sympa qui arrive les marmites prête remplie de ses bons plats, impeccable, à l’heure, sans mettre la cuisine sans dessus dessous et nous ravis et en confiance pour recevoir nos 20 invités qui se sont régalés ! Une quinoa délicieuse, une tarte aux champignons un vrai regal, un gigot top et un poisson et des pattes délicieux !! Merci Chefxchange, it was easy and met our expectations while we were a bit anxious about a first experience as such in Lebanon ! Chef Farid est vraiment super!

    Chef Farid is an excellent chef. Really close to the product, he pays attention to details, I well know Alain Ducasse restaurants in Paris and you can feel Chef Farid did work with Alain Ducasse. A brilliant culinary experience !! Part from this, Chef Farid provide us lots of cooking tips, was really interesting to see his cooking session. Last but no least, real friendly and funny guy, I strongly recommend him.
