How did you start your journey?
I am a baker and I work from the comfort of my own home. I love making beautiful, artistic, aesthetic customized cakes and desserts to cater every party and wedding needs. I've been practicing this passion for three years now.
Where is your cuisine inspired from?
Baking and painting were my favourite hobbies for a long time. Once I had kids, I stopped working and started channeling my energy elsewhere. That was when I started designing artistically aesthetic cakes. Although the design of a cake is what is on the outside, equally important is the inside. No one wants a beautiful looking bad tasting cake or dessert. Thats where my job becomes all the more important for I am responsible to create those sweet memories of people's events. So, a lot of experimentation and trials have gone into developing my taste pallets and creating flavours that please my clients and make them come to me year after year. And 3 years down the line, I can proudly say I have acheived a lot and a lot is still to come.
