How did you start your journey?
From Casual to Fine Dining! I enjoyed 22 years of work practice where I had the opportunities to assist passionate chefs and to cook for many celebrities at a very young age. I also had the chance to work for various restaurants and eateries in cosmopolitan cities and prime destination islands.
Where is your cuisine inspired from?
I come from a fascinating region of Italy where charming ambiance and good food are inseparable. My grandmother had a restaurant so I grew up in the kitchen! All of this made me fall in love with food and cooking. I decided to make it my profession and so I enrolled in Cooking School.
