How did you start your journey?
My style is based on French pastries, American, Russian style, plus a beautiful combination of Arabic flavors, in addition to coffee flavoured sweets and petit-four, Verrine and cakes in cups.
Where is your cuisine inspired from?
I started cooking during my university years, and I graduated in the pastry field. Next, I started working at different pastry shops, but I gained most of my experience working at "Le Notre" Paris, then in Qatar and Saudi Arabia. After that, I began consultancy as a professional pastry chef, and have helped set up more than a dozen of restaurants/coffee shops in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
