How did you start your journey?
My mother was the inspiration to my cuisines. My mother never went to school only finishing 3rd grade. She got her GED and became a Dietary specialist. which is where I got my variety of cuisine and dietary skill from
Where is your cuisine inspired from?
My Mother is a great cook. She got me started by accompanying her to her Classes when I was about 10 years old. I then started cooking at home for my brothers. In middle school I took several Home Ed classes and in High School I took a culinary course that got me a scholarship to a local community college. The rest was hard work determination and a lot of good chefs along the way. Now an Executive Chef for over 35 years
