How did you start your journey?

Gio's love of food began at an early age, as he helped his grandmother in the kitchen of her restaurant. She taught him all the secrets of genuine and authentic Italian cooking, passed down from generation to generation. Most importantly, sourcing the freshest ingredients that are synonymous with Italian cuisine.

Where is your cuisine inspired from?

Since moving to London, Gio worked as a Chef in several respected Italian establishments. Now, he is more passionate than ever about producing his speciality hand made pasta dishes for his patrons.

I've been working as a Pasta Chef at La Collina Restaurant. In charge of the preparation of fresh pasta on a daily basis, I cook a preparation of all the sauces .
