We all need food, with my experience it will be more than just an act of survival.
Where is your cuisine inspired from?
I started my love of cooking while watching my mom, after it became a hobby that I am really good at, I decided to make a career out of it.

Member of pre-opening team. In charge of the hotels all the culinary team, all day dining Arabic Restaurant, In Room Dining, Arabic shisha Terrace and the Lobby Lounge Al Dana sea food restaurant, Parisian Iranian Restaurant. Established the menus for all the outlets I am responsible for. Involved in the recruitment of staff, as well as training of staff members. Responsible for the implementation of the restaurant’s open kitchen concept.
