How did the Chef learn how to cook and what is his story?
I was inspired by my grandmothers; one was from the south and the other from the north of palestine . Growing up in the Arabian Gulf made me wander in the world of spices and fusion; and there is where I finished my studies in Culinary Arts to learn the french techniques and style but the Love and passion for the flavors and tastes from my childhood took me back to my roots; with the help of my mentor Chef ¨Karim Haïdar¨ I now have a crystalised vision of my own recipes. After a 3 year experience in Paris as a professional chef, I founded my own baby: Bandora cuisine, a Paris based Palestinian catering and supper club.
