How did you start your journey?
My cooking style is international. I love food and cooking, therefore I'm on the lookout for new dishes emerging around the world. I am also a firm believer in the Lebanese cuisine, which makes me a big fan of Lebanese traditional food.
Where is your cuisine inspired from?
At the age of 14, I started cooking as a hobby. Day by day I fell in love with it, and started learning more about food during my free time after school. After a couple of years I became a professional chef, building up experience from Lebanese kitchens, and my work in Africa.
