How did the Chef learn how to cook and what is his story?
Ivan Simeoli started his career as self-taught chef and followed his love for food to work in Napoli in the catering industry. Once he finished school he started working for Amalfy coast restaurant as help in the restaurant. That is where he meet Chef Gennaro Contaldo, who helped him develop his career all the way to London. In London Ivan joined the restaurant Osteria Francescana in Modena, Italy (3* Star, First SP World's Best Restaurant). Apart form his restaurant experience, Ivan has traveled the world to immerse himself in different cultures and cuisines to bring exciting and one of the kind experiences for his guests.
